DraftGenius is designed for speed. There is no complex setup required.
1. Paste the Request
Copy the text from your source (Email, SMS, WhatsApp). Open DraftGenius and paste it into the “New Request” box. Click Analyze.
2. Review & Verify
The app will present a structured summary.
• Customer: We check if they exist. If yes, we link them. If no, we prep a new profile.
• Products: We match items to your Shopify inventory.
• Address: Click “Verify” to run the address through Google Maps for validation.
3. Create & Send
Click “Create Draft.” The order is instantly pushed to your Shopify Admin. You can then email the invoice to the customer with one click.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does this work with existing customers?
Yes. The app searches your store by Email and Name. If a match is found, it links the order to their history. If you provide new details (like a new phone number), it updates their profile automatically.
What if the product isn’t in my store yet?
No problem. If the AI cannot find a matching product, it defaults to a “Custom Item.” You can manually set the price and title before creating the draft.
Does it handle different Billing and Shipping addresses?
Yes. The AI is trained to detect phrases like “Bill to” or “Ship to” and will separate the addresses into the correct fields automatically.
